Sample cost and shipping fees are charged according to the project. The sample fee can be partially or fully refunded after a formal bulk order, depending on the order arrangement.

Sampling lead time: approximately 3–7 working days, depending on craft complexity.

For new custom designs, actual development time may be affected by the complexity of the product and the processes required before sampling.

After sample confirmation & deposit received: 7-15 working days for mass production (adjustable by order quantity).

For collections containing several necklaces, earrings, rings or bracelets, provide the expected quantities by style so that production planning can be discussed more accurately.
